M.H EXIM is an exporter of premium organic agricultural products, including but not limited to Moringa powder, Makhana (Fox Nuts), Garlic, Green Chilli, and various spices. We are located at 232 - Meridian Business Center (MBC), Mota Varachha, Surat - 394101, Gujarat, India.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices for bulk orders and export shipments are quoted separately and may vary based on quantity, destination, and current market conditions.

We are committed to providing high-quality organic products. All our products undergo quality checks and comply with applicable food safety standards. Certifications and quality documents are available upon request.

4. Orders and Payments

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon before order confirmation. We accept:

• Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer
• Letter of Credit (L/C) for international orders
• Other payment methods as agreed

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email. Custom orders or orders already in transit cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, costs, and delivery timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on:

• Destination country and port
• Customs clearance procedures
• Shipping method selected
• External factors beyond our control

Risk of loss and title for products passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Origin) unless otherwise specified in the purchase agreement.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our agricultural products, returns are only accepted in the following cases:

• Products received are significantly different from what was ordered
• Products are damaged during shipping (with photo evidence)
• Quality issues verified upon inspection

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation. Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.
